If our services are require as a result of he causes stated above, such services should be at standard rate of spares and labour, in force at the time of service.Any defects in the Electrical Wiring outside the Equipment or voltage fluctuation will be rectified by the customer as recommended by us.

Any change of address must be notified by the customer in advance and in writing. If the changed location is in a city or town not within the territory of the company`s service centre, this contract shall be deemed to have terminated and no money shall be refunded.

Under no circumstances are the terms mentioned above negotiable and no employee of Health Air Cooling Systems Pvt. Ltd. Or It's ASP has the authority to supersede them.

Acceptance/ Renewal of this service contract after its expiry will be at the direction of the company.

Payment Terms - 100 % Advance. Service Tax - Service Tax @ 15 % Extra

This offer is valid for the customers who are residing within municipal limits of BHOPAL only.

The offer will cover the equipment-mentioned here and the location mentioned here only.

Discount on Spares & other services is limited upto the registered product only.

If Machine is out of reach to our Service Engineers, then arrangement to be done by the customer only.

This contract shall be for a period of one year commencing form the date of expiry of warranty or the previous contract, as the case may be, provided payment for the service contract is received before such expiry date or from the receipt of payment whichever is later.
