Terms & Conditions
In case the service contract is to be entered into expiry of the warranty period, the contract will be accepted Subject to checking the equipment by the company Representative and certifying that it is in working order. In case the Equipment is found to be defective the customer will be charged service Charges and the cost of components replaced, if any to put the set in working order and then Annual Maintenance Contract HAPC will be offered. The contract will come into force after the set is introspected and certified by us.
The company shall be under no obligation to repair /service because of improper unauthorized alteration, modification or substitution of any part or if Sr.No. of the machine altered, defector removed. Natural disasters, such as afloat, lightening or earthquake, strikes, riots or acts of war.
Abnormal Voltage fluctuation, accident, fire, rat bites, neglect or causes other than ordinary use.
